Dr. Erric Newmen

President

Ph.D in Computer Science
Dr. Erric Newmen has over 20 years of experience developing software and managing IT teams as CTO/IT director in the USA and Singapore.
The projects he has developed for many multi-national companies include but are not limited to: Original Research that adds to the body of knowledge, Computer-based Training Programs, Multimedia Training Systems, 3D modeling, 3D gaming engines and simulations, Web-based Business Applications (including Data Mining, Document Management, Data Management, Process Optimization, Custom Search Engines), Banking and Finance Systems, eCommerce and Inventory Management Systems, School Management System, etc.
As a senior fellow, ​he has been collaborating with world leading researchers to refine and improve the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs), contributing to architecture improvements, testing, evaluation, and contextual improvements in AI systems.
He also has 15 years of experience teaching computer science courses for kids. He is dedicated to mentoring children in developing games, Robots, and AI projects in fun and creative ways.

Dr. Joyce Li has published several research papers in prestigious world magazines and books for master's and ​doctoral students in universities worldwide. More than 1000 academic researchers worldwide have also quoted her research papers.
She has about 10 years of experience managing software development companies and conducting executive education programs for IPO companies. The programs include worldwide connections with government organizations, universities, and enterprises, mainly in Singapore, the USA, Australia, and China.
She also has 15 years of ​experience educating children, focusing on brain development and personalized growth education. She is passionate about making more significant contributions to global education so that children can have greater creativity and stronger leadership in today's challenging globalized environment.
